WWE Monday Night RAW (27th May 2013) - Bret Hart Appreciation Night Details

The upcoming 27th May edition of RAW will be LIVE from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and will feature a 'Bret Hart Appreciation Night' after RAW goes off the air. 

Immediately after RAW has wrapped up at the Scotiabank Saddledome, viewers can tune into the WWE App, to watch Bret Hart Appreciation Night on their mobile devices or tablets. Bret Hart will be in attendance for the appreciation night, in what should be a great tribute to a great career.

There has also been rumours that Tyson Kidd will be making a return on RAW after suffering an injury several months ago  - a return that will be to the delight of wrestling fans. This news is still just rumors and there has been no confirmation of a return.

The fact that WWE have decided to put it only on the WWE App has been met with many raised eyebrows, but there is no denying that it is a great marketing strategy to encourage downloads of the WWE apps resulting in more advertisement exposure. However, is it right to put an appreciation night for a legend who has defined the company - on a smartphone app?
