But this was not enough to put down The Celtic Warrior, who battled through to defeat Wade Barrett with a timely Brogue Kick to score the win. Following the match, tensions were running high between The Miz and Wade Barrett, as they had a stare-down in the ring, before The Miz baffled Barrett with a Skull-Crushing Finale.
Antonio Cesaro reigned supreme yet again on Main Event, as he defeated Justin Gabriel. Throughout the match, Cesaro constantly reverted to the sleeper hold in order to ware down and ground Gabriel who posed a high-flying threat. Gabriel did put up a stand, but Antonio Cesaro was to put him away with a Neutralizer.

However, things escalated during the conclusion of the match, as R-Truth attempted to pin Jinder Mahal, but Jinder's two tag partners intervened. Tons of Funk dealt with this problem, by throwing them out of the ring, before squashing Jinder Mahal and leaving R-Truth to finish it off with a Little Jimmy.
Introducing a new broadcast team, Sheamus prevailed over Wade Barrett in a brawl, Antonio Cesaro was yet again supreme on Main Event, and Tons of Funk and R-Truth silenced the 3MB - that's for episode 35 of Main Event!
